Victoria Nelson

Victoria Nelson is a writer of fiction, memoir, and criticism. Her books include The Secret Life of Puppets and Gothicka, which explore the history of the supernatural in Western high and popular culture; the classic writer's guide On Writer's Block; the novel Neighbor George, and two volumes of short stories. Her second novel, The Three Lives of Christina the Astonishing, will appear from Strange Attractor Press in the winter of 2026.
